Welcome to Waravel. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Waravel CMS and related plugins (the "Software") provided by Workers Direct LTD ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using the Software, you agree to these Terms.

2. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for your internal business purposes. For Pro versions, this license is limited to the number of domains specified in your purchase agreement.

3. Self-Hosted Responsibility

Waravel is a self-hosted platform. You are solely responsible for:

• The security and maintenance of your server and database.
• Backing up your content and data.
• Complying with local laws and regulations regarding the content you publish.

4. Google Ads API Integration

Our Software includes optional plugins (e.g., PagePromoter) that integrate with the Google Ads API.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Software (unless permitted by license).
• Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Redistribute or resell the Software without express written permission.
